This page explains what client information Narstar collects, how it is used, and when it may be shared. It also serves as our cookie policy, describing the cookies and similar technologies used on this site. The full Regulation S-P notice is available as a PDF below.
Client Privacy
How we handle your information
- What we collect
- We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you contact us or become a client. If you become a client, we also collect financial information needed to manage your account at Interactive Brokers, including account statements and tax information you provide. We do not collect payment card numbers. Advisory fees are deducted directly from your investment account.
- How we use it
- We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, open and manage your investment account, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell your information to third parties.
- Who we share it with
- We share your information only as required to provide investment advisory services. This includes Interactive Brokers (your custodian), accountants, attorneys, or other professionals at your specific request and with your consent, and regulators or legal authorities when required by law. We do not share your information with marketing partners or unaffiliated third parties for their own purposes.
- Security
- Your assets are held at Interactive Brokers in your own name. NarStar LLC has trading authority only and cannot withdraw funds to any account other than yours. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including encryption and access controls, to protect client information.
- Your rights
- Under Regulation S-P, you have the right to opt out of certain information sharing with nonaffiliated third parties. Because NarStar LLC does not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes, there is nothing to opt out of in that regard. For questions or to request a copy of your information, contact us at [email protected].
Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies
- What cookies are
- Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. This site also uses browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which serves a similar purpose. This section explains what we use, why we use it, and how you can control it.
- Strictly necessary technologies
- These are required for the site to function and do not track you across websites. They include a browser storage entry that records your cookie consent choice and a temporary entry that restores your scroll position if a page reloads. They are not used for advertising or analytics and cannot be switched off through the consent banner. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and performance.
- Analytics cookies (consent required)
- With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and how they move through the site. Analytics cookies are not set unless you select Accept in the consent banner. We have configured Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode so that analytics storage is denied by default. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and advertising storage remains denied at all times. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we never use
- This site does not use advertising or targeting cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not sell or share personal information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
| Name | Provider | Category | Purpose | Duration |

- Your choices
- When you first visit this site, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set and the site works normally. To change a choice you have already made, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies for narstar.capital directly in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Do Not Track
- Some browsers send Do Not Track signals to websites. This site does not respond to those signals because it does not engage in cross-site tracking. Analytics cookies are off by default and are used only if you accept them.
- Changes to this policy
- If we change the cookies or similar technologies used on this site, we will update this section and the date on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the consent banner where required.
